IX ENDNOTES

Reproducing this document gets a bit tricky at this point. There are two issues to contend with:

1. The endnotes have been put at the bottom of each page, rather than as a chapter at the end of the document.
2. There is a page numbering error inteh original document. Chpater IX, ENDNOTES actually begins at page 103 and runs through pagd 122, while CHAPTER X APPENDIXES begins on page 95 and runs through page 100.

Here is how I am addressing this issue:

• This page will contain only this explaination, and will b rechable through the Table of Contents and individual page naviagation as Page 95, Chapter IX.
• I will create page 95.1 which will contain Appendix I
• Page 96, which is correctly numbered, will begin Appendix II
• Page 100, which is correctly numbered, will begin Appendix III.
• Appendix III, which does not have individually numbered pages, will be presented as a single, long page.
• Appendix IV, the map of Vietnam, will be presented as a single, unnumbered page.
